We remain highly aware of problems related to Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) to offer safe, stable products and services while we contribute to efforts we feel responsible for as a corporation. To accomplish our corporate social responsibility goals, we have defined 4 concepts for our "Code of Conduct" below.

- We believe that our labor force is part of the companies assets. We aim to be an innovative industry leader globally with the highest amount of imagination and teamwork based on the mutual trust and responsibility of our management staff and employees.
- We aim for a high corporate governance of consistency and transparency to create an organization trusted by our business partners domestically and internationally as well as society.
- We aim to be an organization that is fair and trusted by our partners by complying with the domestic Japanese law at each of our locations,and international laws as well as other regulations and moral responsibilities.
- We aim to offer safe, stable products and services that our clients concerned with environmental preservation can use with confidence.
Each of our employees works toward a better corporate environment in the pursuit of our corporate social responsibilities. As members of ITP, each of our employees is aware of their responsibility to follow these principles and vision as we approach one century of business in 2016, and aim for a harmonious future thereafter.
